trouble with tmpgenc batch encoding

I have used batch encode for encoding countless movies with tmpgenc this past year. Lately, when I awake expecting to find all the movies ready after my machines late night work, I find only one movie finished, the encoder simply not going to the next movie. What could be wrong? Of course, my next step is to uninstall and reinstall. But it is strange. Thanks all...

I have no idea. I have had it once too, my whole system crashed while it tried to start on the second part.
