Question about burning DVD+R from a Newbie

Ok, I am just starting into DVD burning and this is what I have been able to do thus far:

I rip the movie with Decryptor
I convert to good file size with DVD2One
I burn with the Nero version 5.5.9.17

The DVD's play in my set top DVD player and my Computer, not my Xbox though.

My question is, should I continue to burn the way I am or is there a way to make it so I can watch on XBOX without a mod chip? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

i wouldnt use nero to burn yoyr dvd's with use sumit like record now max

because feo sum reason when u use nero mos stand a lone dvd players dont like I.E whant play them if u looo#k round the forum ther isalot ov topics about this

I have just learned how to burn movies, but I can tell you that I use EO
and Ulead to do everything.
I would have given up if I didn't find EO.
I converted the movies into mpeg on my dvd's and they played fine on my Son's Xbox.
