Converting .avi in tmpg with ac3

Im having trouble encoding my avi that has ac3. I stripped it with vdub, made a 400 mb wav. I loaded that into tmpg and I want to convert it to mpg2. Im supposed to change the option Film movie under Content of video. But I cant change it. Grrrr.

Have you loaded the unlock template in TMPGEnc? If you used the wizard to generate the settings, you won't be able to change them unless you load TMPGEnc's unlock template. To do this, after starting up TMPGEnc, clock on the "load" button to the left of the "setting" button. Under the "template" directory, cd to the "Extra" directory and load the unlock.mcf file. You should be able to change the options under the "setting" button in TMPGEnc.
