    what up,
    i have this problem. everytime i download a movie, i go to watch it and theres always this purple haze in the backround! and i don't think its the video cause i watch them at friends places and its always fine. so now when i go to burn the movies onto vcd the haze comes with it and i get this annoying purple haze in the backround everytime i watch a movie! if someone caould help me or atleast give me some insite on my problem that would be great!

  2. try un installing the angel potion codec and you should be fine...or the movies have been badly encoded.....what operating system are you using??? what codec was used in the video??? you need more detail

    If using TMPGenc to encode, go to options, environmental settings,VFAPI plug in, and reset the priority on the Direct Show Multimedia File Reader to 2 not -2, no more purple.....................

    it wont let me put direct show properties up 2 it freezes and shutsdown.
