Missing Media Burner - Not burning at all?

The other night, I finally got MMB to recognize my CD-Burner (Not MMB's fault really) anyways, I set it up to burn while I was asleep. So today, I woke up to an empty disc and a terminal that said "Starting Write". It hadn't done anything. What should I do?
