tmpegnc ?

i made a svcd file with tmpegnc and want to rencode it with closed gop for chaptering and i cant open it at all on my other computer.

i have the latest tmpegnc 5.10 on both computers and both have power dvd , there both taken from the same files i just transfered the install file to the other computer .
on the one i use the most the cyberlink mpeg-2 in under enviromental but nothing comes up like that on the other computer.
i have reinstalled and unistalled both trying tmpeg first and then power dvd and power dvd then tmpeg.

i know its to do with the cyberlink add in but, is there a way i can get tmpeg to reconize it ?
i am at wits end here trying anything i can think of....

any help or direction would be greatly appreciated

TMPEng won't load MPEG2 (i.e. SVCD) files itself. I use DVD2AVI to open MPEG2 in TMPEng.
