  1. hi i had some svcd files on 4 cds, i then put them into one big svcd file
next i de-multiplexed the file encoded the sound using tmpenc and srcc to 48khz form 41khz i then multiplexed the audio and movie file to make my film again. next i used dvd patcher to patch my 480x480 file to 352x480,
i then used ulead dvd movie factory 2 to turn my file into a vob and then i burnt it to disc using the same program....

My problem is, when i play the film in my cyberhome dvd player the sound has a high pitched sound behind the film sound in the beginning, then slowly becomes normal, if i forward the film or reverse the film then play it the sound becomes normal. In my pc the sound cannot be fixed this way, in my old p2 350mhz sound is fine, on my xbox i can hear the sound slightly but i cannot fix it.This leads me to believe it must be somthing to do with surround sound i have 5.1 speakers on my standalone(not sure if tv spkrs r 5.1 im guessing they r prob 4.1 or sumthin) and new pc but not on my old pc or xbox.

My pc spec isadding because my IE crashes when i try to update profile)

Diamond 7,400rpm 120gb hard drive i do encoding on
i also have a diamond 40gb 7,200rpm drive my os is on
i have a Pioneer Dvr A04 writer capable of 2speed but i wrote at 1 since
that was all that was availableo nulead dvd movie factory 2.

My cyberhome dvd player is model 512
