  1. I've been creating CVD's with Tmpgenc and they always burn with Nero. However any CVD's I create with CCE 2.66 will not burn with Nero or VCDEasy. Both of these apps inform me that the CVD is too large for a cd.

The CCE mpeg in question is 725 megs. Both Nero and VCD tell me it is too large. Yet I've burned 800+ meg Tmpgenc CVDs with Nero...

And yes I know they are not SVCD compliant and this is NOT the problem I'm having.

The 725 meg CCE mpg will show well into the read area in Nero (bar that indicates amount of cd space used) YET the 800+ meg Tmpenc does not show into the red.

I tried creating a VCDEasy bin file, but upon completion it informs me it is too large for cd media. I can not burn this bin file in Nero as Nero tells me it is too large as well.

    What gives ?

    Sounds like a wrong header.
Why don't you try to correct it in TMPGenc (MPEG tools)
Open the simple multiplex menu, load the file in video. In the audio and in the output fields let the same file.
    Then choose MPEG-2, SuperVideo CD.
    Press Run.
Let me know if it helps.
    Best wishes,

  3. Are you trying to burn it as a DATA file and not an actual svcd.. remember data capacity only 700mb per cd, SVCD capacity 750MB plus??
