I am creating the SVCD MPG file in TMPGEnc and authoring the CD using the Ulead Plug-in. I am able to add the introduction video and create chapters. I then test the configuration in the DVD Plug-in and everything works just great. The problem occurs when I play the CD on my Pioneer DV 343. When I use the chapter points, the video starts at the wrong entry point. To be more specific, it falls short by as much as 15 seconds. Sometimes it is off by only 1 I-Frame.
