can i split a .vob file

I am trying to do a copy of bad company. Anyway I have just the movie not the menus. The total size of the 6 vobs are 4.83mb. Is there anyway I can cut the last vob file so the end credits arn't there (they are 14 mins long), therefore allowing me to fit iit onto one dvd disk.?
