Does the new Vegas Video 4 just released contain the Main Concepts
MPEG encoder like the old version 3 did?
Since this software seems to be a "do-it-all" in the same program solution
That I (and many others) have been waiting for, I would like to know if its
MPEG encode functions are as good as can be achieve by using any of the
strandalone encoders that are discussed here.

Yes, still Main Concepts, but improved over the one with VV3. However, still no 2-pass VBR (single-pass only). People speak very favorably of the encoder in VV3.
