  1. How do you create a Non Standard VCD with TMPGEnc
    I know you can do it after by going too mpeg tool and simple multiplex but What I want to do is create an XVCD with this program so I can change bit rates and that kind of shtuff how do I get outside the standard templates in the wizard??? Because when I got NTSC VCCD the bit rates and stuff are restricted because of the standard

  2. You can unlock most of the settings indivdually by clicking them or you can unlock the entire template by loading unlock.mcf after you have loaded the template you want to use ( with alterations ).

    Be sure to have the latest Tmpgenc because some versions don't do non-standard vcd correctly.

    Use the unlock template...Load the Video-CD template using the load button in the bottom right corner, then use the same Load button to browse to the "extra" folder and select unlock.mcf. After this is done then you can adjust the various parameters using the setting button, and save them if you want to with the save button.
