When do you use one vs. the other? Any benefits/advantages either way?
I noticed under IFO ripping, you can stream process.. what's the difference b/t stream processing vs. using IFOedit and stripping the streams you want??
I've read up on DVD Decrypter but am not understanding.. I'm backing up Bourne Identity right now--which method should I use to rip? Thanks!

Rip in "Files" mode and the strip if you want to using IFOEdit.

File mode for single layer disks that can be burned to DVD without any processing. IFO mode for dual-layer disks if your going to transcode to DVD or SVCD.
