Hello
Is there any application that will alow me to write my own subtitles (like Notepad) and then save it so that i can load it in any auth program?
For ex. save so that i can load it in DVDMaestro.

As you say, Notepad is one (pretty crude) alternative, as most subtitle formats are plain text. Then there is SubStation Alpha, that's a dedicated subtitling app.
