Hey Guys. I'm using Adobe Premiere 6 to capture my Mini DV home videos. Uptill now, I was converting these home videos into VCDs. However, I just bought a Pioneer A05 DVD burner and would like to make DVDs of my home videos. How can I do this using Adobe Premiere?
So, once I've edited my videos in Adobe premiere, how can I convert it to a DVD.
Would you please tell me what the process is and what software I need as well?
Thanks a tonne.

I used Ulead DVD Workshop. I got the best result when I edited my videos first and then save as raw AVI. Instead of converting using TMPGEnc, I just drag the AVI directly in Ulead DVD Workshop (create menus, music, motion, etc) and let it compress the files into the DVD folders. I then used Prassi Primo (Nero has issues) to burn to a DVD.

Hello Petco. Thanks so much for your input. I will download the demo for Ulead DVD Workshop and give it a shot. In the mean time, are there any settings or any tips that you could give me for?
So far, I have
1) Save the edited video as RAW avi.
HOW DO I DO THIS?
To everyone else:
ANY OTHER SOFTWARE THAT YOU LIKE TO USE OR METHODS YOU HAVE?
thanks a lot in advance.

Sorry about that last incomplete post. I hit tab and enter thinking I was in Word! Sorry. Here's what I meant to say!

You may want to try less expensive solutions such as Ulead DVD Movie Factory 2.0 or Dazzle DVD complete. You are better off encoding to mpeg with TMPGEnc.
