    Newbie here,

    What brand and type of CD-RW's are best for burning SVCD's? Also the same questions for DVD+RW's.

    I don't have experiance with dvd-/+ R/RW (they still costs too lot out here in Europe), though I can recommend CDrw's of Verbatim.
    I still haven't had any problem with those.
    I can use them for everything (audio, vcd/svcd, data) - but that should every disk do.

    Price is average (around 7Euro's per 10).
