Help with menu and intro page

Does anyone know of a guide on this site that teaches how to import the native intro page and menus (with scene selections, etc). The only guide that I managed to find is one that shows you how to create and design your own menus, but I need instructions on how to import the native menu. I want to have a backup DVD that resembles as much the original as possible (I guess I can do without the extras, but at least keep the basics). I also want a way for the movie to start on the intro page and not just jump right into the movie once you pop in the disk.
