i've just installed a new gainward GFORCEMMX440 and am wondering how you can tell that it is functioning at 4XAGP, as specified and not at 2XAGP. my board has VIA chipset and sometimes this causes this video card to not function at full potential.
should i reinstall the VIA 4 in 1 drivers that come with the motherboard? thanx for your answers.

get rivatuner. it can tell you what agp speed your card is running at. it is also an excellent overclocker.
