    hi
    i am trying to put vhs onto comp useing video in tv card and i need to know what format to capture it in ie avi mpeg1 mpeg2 etc and then burn to vcd to get max quality
    i have a p4 1.8 and winfast tv capture card

    I would reckon on vcd resolution and capture to mpeg2 (that way theres no conversion needed!
    Corned beef is now made to a higher standard than at any time in history.
    The electronic components of the power part adopted a lot of Rubycons.
