    I'm using TMPGEnc (for the first time, this is my first conversion) and i get to the part of the project wizard where i want to cut the movie in half so it can fit on a disc, but when i click the box "Source Range" the program always freezes on me. Anyone know whats wrong?

    This is just a guess, but you may want to remove it, then reinstall it. You may have gotten a bad installation.

    Hey thanks for everyones help, but i figured it out yesterday and made my first VCD! I just used the avi file as the audio input instead of making a wav
