i am trying to convert using 2 pass variable bitrate setting at 3000
how will this work? -
Whatever you do, a downloaded DivX-> converted to (S)VCD will never look like a DVD, not even close.
But when I see your questions... how about to have some tests by yourself?
Or at least read some guides, for example this: http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgencexplained.htm
