  1. I'm using ulead dvd workshop and it is excellent. i have run into one problem though. When putting mpeg-dvd movies on a dvd the movies plays fine, but my menu-buttons is a problem, when burning in NTSC-format everything is fine but in PAL-format the button that links to the movie doesn't get "enlighted" when you choose it. It works in preview but not when playing on my standalone (Thomson DTH 5200). The linking works though. anybody?

  2. If I remember correctly you can adjust or choose a different color. Pick a darker color or increase the intensity. There is a settings option you can play with.

  4. Simular problems over here......no "enlighting" of hotspots

    Standalone Player:
    Lenco DVD 12, Philips 640

    OS: Windows 2000

When playing a DVD Workshop (1.0 or 1.2 or 1.3) created miniDVD on a standalone DVD player, menu’s and menu buttons do not respond correctly. When going to a next or previous menu the output screen will freeze. Only when using the standalone DVD player setup functions the actual screen will return.
(synchronization or color pallet problems ?)

When playing a (same content same senario) DVD PictureShow (1.0) created miniDVD on a standalone DVD player everything will function smoothly as expected.

    What is wrong ?
Why can DVD Workshop not be used (such as DVD Pictureshow) to created Multiple Slideshows with stills (or films DVD Workshop only) to created miniDVD’s?
