Hey all, perhaps someone can help me out.
I've shot some DV in 16:9 ratio.
I've edited that video in 16:9 ratio in Premiere 6.0.
I've exported that video to a 16.9 ratio DV AVI.
(so far so good)
Now when I convert that DV AVI in TMPGEnc Version beta12a to an MPEG2 using the default SuperVideoCD(PAL).mcf template and burn it with Nero 5.5, the resulting SVCD is full screen, with out the black horizontal bars across the top and bottom.
I've searched around these forums for a solution and think that all I have to do to make this work is go into the "Advanced" tab of TMPGEnc and changed the "Source Aspect Ratio" to "16:9 625 line (PAL)".
Does this sound right? Is there anything else that needs to be done? What's the difference between me choosing "16:9 625 line (PAL)" instead of just "16:9 Display" which is also an available option?
Thanks all.
