    i am trying to use 42 to make a svcd, but it tells me that i do not have the mpeg2 encoder. which one do i need, and where do i get it?

    mpeg2enc, available here: http://mjpeg.sourceforge.net/MacOS/. Install in your /Library/Application\ Support/forty-two/ directory. If it still doesn't work, try this:
    Code:
    sudo chmod 755 /Library/Application\ Support/forty-two/mpeg2enc
    to make it executable.
