Does anyone know a program or a way to tell the bitrate of an AC3 file? I want to be able see the bitrate that it is encoded at. Thanks in advance.

a dvd perhaps? u can use power dvd, select show info while
disc is playing, its a right click item -
This is for an AC3 file I already have on my hard drive. This is a file that I am going to use to author the DVD. Thanks for the quick response.

Like musher70 said, use a DVD player and look at the properties.
