    does anybody know of a calc which will let you know what to put in the
    min,max and average in cce.

    The only thing that really matters is the average, and that you use 2-pass encoding. forget about accuracy with single-pass.

    I've only used this once and will find out later tonite if it worked better than my last CCE attempt.. It already has min/max defaults but calculates the avg for you with input of some variables.
