    Hey Everyone,
    Here is what I do, let me know what I am doing wrong/if anything:

    1.) I record a mpeg-1 file from my satellite reciever through my video-in card onto my 60 gig hard drive.
    2.) open virtual dub, and import the video.
    3.) select Audio>full processing mode
    4.) I recorded in 44,100 bitrate so no need to convert
    5.) save the wave file
    6.) Open TMPGEnc and go through the regular routine for making an SVCD, I use the mpg-1 as the video source, and my saved wav file as my audio source

    However, my audio is STILL out of sync! what am i doing wrong? I have checked the video for unreadable (bad) frames, nothing, i dont know what else to try.

  2. Hi,
    I,m not an expert in this, but i believe that mpeg1 = vcd and
    mpeg2 = svcd.
    I hope this will help you.

    However I am always getting out of sync audio.... i need some help this is very frusterating.

  4. how far is the audio out?
    you can use TMPGEnc to try and correct the audio gap, double click source range, it's one of the options in there.

    I think it is in milliseconds, try it, I've fixed 2 of my videos that way!
