I want to take two M2V files and make them one bigger file and I also want to do the same with two MP2 files. Thank you.

Are you trying to link them to form one long video, or are you trying to multiplex them to create a multi-angle effect? Two very different things, and both are possible, given the correct tools.
Note ahead of time: to multiplex two (or more) m2v video files to create a multi-angle effect, all m2v files must be the exact same length (even a one-second difference will be problematic), the exact same resolution and the exact same television system (pal or ntsc). Furthermore, the combination of the video files, plus the audio stream(s), cannot exceed the bitrate maximum for DVD (9.8 Mbps). -
I want to make one movie out of two separate parts of movies, not make different angles. Therefore I just want to link part 2 up to the end of part one. Sorry about the confusion.
