  9. I had the same problem---or here was mine.

I tried the demo, I liked it, I purchesed the full version, I could not enter a code. Sound familiar?

My fix, emailed tmpeg support, It turned out I could not 'upgrade' from the demo version I was using. They sent me a link to d/ld another full version. I was able to enter the code there.

Has been working well for over four months!

    Hope it helps you guys

If you open Tmpeg just type the letter R on your keyboard. If your trial period has not expired typeing R shoudl bring up the box in which you type your serial.

  11. Thanks to the both of you. I emailed them. How long did it take for them to respond to you? Just curious.

What happened to me was the I bought a licence about 3 months ago, forgot about it and reformatted my hard drive. I almost bought a new licence but the just had a feeling that I already did. Searched my hard mailbox and found the reciept. My trial period had already ended and I deleted it and tried to reinstall and enter my code but couldn't find it. Anyhoo, I will let you know what happens when I hear from them. I also tried to get into the purchase site and it wouldn't recognize my email address which makes me a little nervous. Anyhoo, we will see what happens.

  12. Hey,

Got several emails back from them. We had a little problem trying to find my account b/c I registered under bradley rather than the Brad I gave them and my code was one letter off but got it solved. In the end this is the link that I got from them.

    http://www.pegasys-inc.com/e_download.html

Hope it is ok to post that. I don' know if you can regularly get there from thier site but think that you can just tough to understand how to get there. I just intstalled the latest version over the old one and hit the register button which opened a box that let me enter my code. If you have any other questions just let me know.

    Brad
