Has anyone been able to get a Studio DC10+ (from Pinnacle) to run under windows XP (Pro, if it makes a difference)?
I always heard that it was 98 only, and I still have that, but I was just wondering if anybody has ever gotten one to work under XP.

Have not tried XP { hate the mess thay did to W2k } but which verson of Studio are you running? You need at least Studio 8. The older driver from 1.06 and I think 7 wont work. They are only 98/ME grade and wont work under W2k/XP IO wall.
Also if you have 8 remember to "INSTALL" the drivers found on the install CD or nothing will work. -
Studio 1.06 is only for Win 9X.
Studio 7/8 will run in XP and Win 9X.
I use Studio 7. -
cool! so I'll look for studio version 1.07 or 1.08 and it should work with a DC10+ card that originally came with 1.05. Is this correct?

Sorry you need Studio 8 or 7. There are no 1.08 or 1.07 versions. That vintage of Studio 1.x went up to 1.06 only.
After 1.06 they developed what be came Studio 7 that would run the bulk of there entry-home video stuff. Forogt the difference between 7 and 8 right now.
Current verison is Studio 8. Not sure if you can even buy Studio 7 now but Studio 8 is being sold by itself or with the same DC10+ or DV firewire card. They have some pritty good rebates at times.
