I just converted an AVI to VCD using TMPGEnc. The video, aspect, etc. was perfect but the audio was acting really wierd. At first it was normal, then, it slowed down noticably, and then it sped way up, like a tape wound too fast. It kept repeating this process, normal, slow, fast, over and over. Is this a synching issue or is it something else, like the sampling rate I had the AVI set to with Virtual Dub? I put it on 44100 even though the file info said the rate was 48000, and I told it to downsample with DVD2SVCD. Please someone help! I'm so close!!
