    I downloaded two beautiful AVI files of The Lord of the Rings and I want to convert to DVD. Do I have to merge the files together before converting to DVD. I eventually want to burn this onto one 4.7GB DVD-RW. also can some one please recommend a good guide for avi to DVD conversion.

    Several people here are trying the same thing, but running into problems converting the Xvid files to MPEG-2.
