i have an ATI tv card. i am curious if there is a way to use the composite setting for the video and capture the audio from the regular cable line. i have the cable to the cable jack, the rca plug to the rca jack, and the line running from the audio out on the tv card to the line in on the sound card. seems the only way it works is when i select the cable mode. reason i am trying this is when i have the sound split from my stereo reciever to my computer i get less sound quality on my home theater. i also get a delay in sound when captureing. composite picture is alot better than the cable. also if i capture from cable the sound is in mono. is there a way around this? thanks...
