How do I use DVD2VCD with CCE as an encoder?

I'm using to DVD2SVCD to hopefully create my first SVCD and when I load the AVI I get an error saying that Cinemea Craft Encoder cannot be found. I'm following a nice tutorial by Lee Bear but he assumes that we already know how to set-up DVD2SVCD. I need help making DVD2SVCD use CCE for encoding.

You have got a copy of CCE already installed? (It doesn't come with DVD2SVCD!)

If so, point DVD2SVCD to it (there's a field for the pathname of the executable on the Encoder tab)
