    hi everyone...i was wondering if there is a dvd/vcd software that you can make a bitmap in the background and have a full motion mpeg playing in a box somewhere overtop of the bitmap...and save it as a single mpeg file...thanks in advance

    TSCV...this proggie will give you motion menus in alot of different ways. get the latest versions of TSCV and vcdimager and you will be on your way to some great looking mpeg's.
