Copying homemade vcd to cd

I have made a VCD for myself but as the title suggests i am having problems copying this for one of my family. The vcd has been created using virtualdub and tmpgenc. What i need to know is is there a stepo by step guide which will help me make a duplicate copy of my home made original. I have tried copying the .dat file from my original cd and copying this to the other cd but thi hasnt worked and instead i get sound playback but pic stalls. By the way im using nero 5.5.10 express.


By the way is there anyway of converting mp3 from a movie to wav - i have tried one movie in virtualdub and all i get is a synch error.

Any help is a massive bonus.

Just use the regular Copy CD function in Nero.
