Why cant vcd 2.0 toolkit build my cd Image?

Hi, I have just been using the phillips vcd 2.0 toolkit, and I am now at a stage where my project needs to be build to a cd image, but when I press build it starts to build it and whene it gets to 100% It states,

"[Error 1] in file "c:/vcds/Build/Faisal_1.msc" at line 28,
could not find last pack start code;is c:/vcds/project/Faisal.mmd muxed with 2352 byte packs?

[Error 2] in file "c:/vcds/build/Faisal_1.msc" at line 28,
Error accessing SCR data in c:/vcds/project/Faisal.mmd

My MPEG file was created with TMPGEnc, therefore I had to de-multiplex it with TMPGEnc, and then mux it with vcd mux.

De-muxing an existing system stream made by TMPEG appears not to be sufficient to get a truly compatible stream for the VCD toolkit. You have to encode the audio and video streams separately as decribed in the how-to from http://www.vcdhelp.com/VCD2TK_Index.htm.
