    I picked up an ATI TV Wonder VE tonight and have been trying to get it working for 7 hours now. I get a message "The TV Player failed to initialize the video." when trying to bring up the video. My video card is a Diamond FireGL 1000 Pro. I suspect the video card is not compatible, but there's nothing at the ATI site that confirms nor denies this.

    Anyone have any advice here?

    you can probably find a number of things to try. I read a few pages worth. One of the people said you need to install the drivers before you install the card.
