My VCD works GREAT on a panasonic but Very Jumpy skippy on a JVC and Pioneer DVD player??????? It even works fine on a computer with windvd and powerdvd. I have used ati mm7.1 with the reg crack, to capture. then used VCDcutter to make the proper size files, then used nero 5.54 to creat the vcd... I put it in a panasonic dvd player, works great(hard to tell that it was not a dvd) I put it into a JVC with vcd support and it plays every 3 seconds of the video and sound very jerky. The same thing happened in my buddys car pioneer 7000 dvd/cd/radio deck. WHY????? I look around and found that a vcd should be burnt no faster then 2x, (I burnt the first cd at 6x) I tried it at 1x and it was very bad, the panasonic was very pixelated and the JVC and pioneer, forget it, it just froze on the first frame.... HELP, WHAT IS HAPPENING????????????? is then some else i should know?
