Missing Unlock template in TPMGEnc Plus.....What do i do?

Sorry to start a question here for something that might be very easy....

Have read the complete guide to fitting a whole film on one cd, also read lots of the post posted by users about this subject but could not find my problem

I have installed TPMGENc 258.44.152 Plus....... but in the section where i have to Load/open the template PAL or NTSC I am supposed to have 2 folders Extra and Wizzard well i don't have em....I only have a folder named Cache

So this way i use the unlock template

What am i supposed to do???

Also i this is the wrong place to post this question please let me know

also clicking to the left of any setting gives you the option of locking or unlocking it -- though this is not to easly seen -- there is no button , just click to the left
