Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the horizontal lines are on this screen shot. This screen shot was taken while connected to a VHS VCR and using WnTV PCI Card and Virtual Dub 1.4.10. It's really killing me..

Well, I tried to attached the picture and did something wrong. Long story short is that it looks like noise, but, the lines are perfectly straight. they appear at all times, whether the VCR is playing or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
