    Hi all,...

    A friend of mine has some vcd's, but they are in a (.DAT) format.
    How do I convert these to a burnable/viewable format?
    I have PowerDVD player, I do not have a DVD drive, only CD/CDRW.
    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    No one seems to know how to use these.

    Open the .dat with powerdvd and play.
