I burned my first vcd today. I followed the guide on how to do it but for some reason when I put it in my dvd player the audio skips and goes off and on. I have no clue why. When It was originally in avi format the audio was fine. The movie was LOTR: The Two Towers. I have tried to look through the forum for an answer but couldnt find one. Also in VDub when I go to Video>Frame Rate it says current 12.500 fps. Could this be the problem. I see everyone talking about 23/27/29 fps. Should I change the frame rate to one of those. Anyone who could help will be greatly appreciated. My DVD player is a Sony DVP-NS315.

yes you should change the framerate to one of "those". they are standard framerates. except there is no 27, its 25.
