  1. I don't need a tutorial on using any progs just need to know which progs I can use to make new vobs from re encoded (CCE) m2v and ac3?

Can I use the original menu in any of the progs? If not I will re mux then drop new vobs in to original folder.

Most authoring programs will accept an m2v and ac3 streams including Ifoedit 95 in it's authoring mode. Some authoring programs will not accept ac3 and will re-encode it to PCM.

Maestro is all you need. Try these GUIDES:

    Spruce DVD Maestro v2.9.2915a

Select DVD GUIDES at the top of the web page and then chose

  4. Cool thanks guys.

The fukrulez Maestro guide looks good but do I need all those steps to just re mux m2v and ac3 to vobs? I would prefer that way as then I could keep original menu you see.

Only need this to re mux as IfoEdit is throwing my chapters all over the place.

  5. MaX_NormaL,

Just to let you know, the problem you are having with the IFOedit Author feature is known. You are trying to mux a NTSC Film. IFOedit works flawlessly with PAL DVD's but the time code on NTSC's isnt compensated for Pulldowm RFF flags. So, how about a cheesy fix?

You were probably using Chapter Extractor to get the Chapter times. Then used these times for the final authoring, well do this: Dont use Chapter Extractor!

    1. Use IFOupdate.
    2. Open the original .IFO
    3. Save Chapter Time.
    4. ---MAKE SURE--- You check the IFOedit & Correct for RFF checkboxes!
    5. Now Save the File
    6. Rename the file, cause it usually saves it as PGC-01Celltimes.txt to Celltimes.txt
    7. Now use IFOedit to author, but use these chapter times.

Now, your chapter entry will be CORRECT, but heres the glitch, the actual total time of the movie will be a bit short. Its just the internal time of the movie that displays on your DVD player. If you can live with that then your DONE.... The actual movie will play correctly in true real time. Try it, you will see what I mean.
