[EDIT: this problem is also with AVIIO, so i guess its the tv tuner software that comes with windows or something? - Also, it somehow seems that the tuner that is set for PAL actually recieves the PAL signal as NTSC?... i think thats whats causing the flickering and black/white pic, but how do i change that?.. under the tuner settings it is already set for PAL B]
Im having a little trouble with virtual dub when i want to capture.
When i use the tv software that came with my card (ATi AIW 7500) i have no problems adjusting the channels and getting an almost perfect reception. However, when i open VirtualDub in capture mode, i cant get a decent reception. It does sorta find the channels but its very off color and a very "ghosty" image.
The strange part is that the first time i wanted to capture in virtualdub it worked fine, then i shut my computer down, turned it back on today and tried again and it didnt work.
I did try to first open the tv software, find the channel i want to cap from, shut the tv app down and then open Vdub, but it crashes.
I really need help on this one, so if anyone out there knows anything that could possibly help, iŽd be very grateful..
Thanks.![]()
Ps.
specs:
ATI All in wonder 7500
1600mhz P4
768mbram
WindowsXP Pro
Virtual Dub 1.4.13 P4 optimized.
