  1. how do i convert this, i have an avi, which is 800mb, and very good quality. How do i convert this so i can burn it onto a dvd, so it just plays, no menus or anything like that.

    the file information from virtual dub is-



    also the audio is out of sync, the audi plays about 0.5 seconds before the image on the screen, how would i fix this?

    thanks for any help.
