Regarding the Motion Search Precision setting in TMPGenc, is there enough of a difference in quality to justify the encoding time difference? I have done a few tests myself and I can't say that I saw much of a difference, but I'd be curious to hear other people's feedback.
Thanks.

The only reason to choose highest over high is if you absolutely must have the best and/or encode time isn't an issue for you.
The difference between high and highest is minor, and highest takes double the time of high. -
Just set it to "high quality (slow)" as you won't really see the difference between "high" and "highest".
Hope That Helps!!!:P
