Hello,
I've gotten Virtual Dub to work for me in Windows2000 using a GeForce4 Ti4200. The picture quality is decent, but I can't capture the audio properly. When I playback my captures, the audio is ahead of the video and also sounds sped up like like playing a 33 1/3 record on 78 speed. I wonder if I'm using the right settings. I capture at 29.970 fps with the keep audio in synch with video.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I did some more experimenting and was able to correct the problem, but I don't know if the solution was much better since I know I should be capturing at 29.970 fps. I always noticed that the capture rate was something like 30.30 fps, so I set the framerate to that and then changed it again in the round to the nearest millisecond option.
Thanks.
