    Hi All,

Is this prodcut a nice replacement for MyDVD?

    Regards,

  2. I got MyDVD 3.5 (or 3.0 - can't remember) with purchase of Pioneer A04. It worked OK, but didn't do true chapters.

I just purchased Ulead MF2 and have burned a couple of disks - it definitely seems to have at least as much functionality as MyDVD, plus it does real, honest to god chapter points. Other than that, the menuing seems a bit more flexible, but still not quite as much as the "bigger" products that Sonic and Ulead make.

If I didn't care about creating manual chapter points so much, I wouldn't have bothered to buy MF2.

Oh - one other advantage that it has (I'm pretty sure MyDVD doesn't have this) -- you can encode with MPEG audio, not just LPCM so you can fit much more video on a disk.
