DVDXcopy 1.3 doesn't let you specify a write speed. I tried K-hypermedia
on a Sony DRU500 and it said that the media is 2x and tried to burn at 2x. It didn't work so I want to try 1x but can't figure out how to overide the burn speed that the DVD burner chooses. Any way to force it to 1x burn speed?
thanks in advance.

dont burn through dvdxcopy.
when it comes to burn in dvdxcopy, open windows explorer and find the folder its put the video_ts folder in and put it into a different folder then go back to dvdxcopy and press skip this disc.
you can burn with your preffered program then.

Thanks for the help. That did work for me but I still can't get this KHyperMedia to burn on the Sony DRU500 even at 1X. It errors out 1/4 of the way into the burn.
Using Stomp RecordNow, why does the test burn work and the real burn fail on this media? Is it pointless to try and use Test and Burn???
